How to Claim Free Epic Games

1. In the homepage's recommended section, find the PC games category and click on "Epic Free Games."

2. Alternatively, click on "Freebies" in the games section to view currently available free Epic games.

3. After selecting the free game you want, click on "Log in to Epic to Claim" in the bottom right corner.

4. Choose your account login method and proceed with the login process. Upon successful login, the game will be automatically claimed.

Can I Get a Refund?

The following are the detailed rules for refunds on CDKEY purchases:

(1) If you choose the delivery method as "CDKEY":

a) After completing the payment, we will send you the CDKEY, which you can activate to obtain the corresponding game product.

b) You understand and agree that, due to the nature of the product, once the CDKEY is displayed to you, the transaction is considered complete. Refunds or exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality issue with the product itself. To protect your rights, you should activate the CDKEY within its validity period, which is determined by the official response of the game product vendor.

(2) If you choose the delivery method as "Direct CDKEY Activation":

a) Within 24 hours after completing the payment, you can activate the game in your currently bound Steam account through the "My Account - Black Box Store - My Orders" path by clicking "Go to Activate."

b) The activation action defaults to your currently bound Steam account. If you need to change the bound Steam account, go to "My Account - Settings - Game Account Management" to add or switch to another Steam account.

c) You understand and agree that, due to the nature of the product, once the CDKEY is successfully activated, refunds or exchanges are not supported. To protect your rights, you should complete the activation within 24 hours after payment. If activation is not completed within this period, the order will be considered canceled, and we will automatically refund the amount.

(3) If you choose the delivery method as "CDKEY Gift Card":

a) After completing the payment, we will send you a CDKEY gift card, which you can give to your friends on Black Box but cannot directly gift to their Steam accounts. Please ensure you have confirmed your purchase needs before placing an order or invite your friends to register for a Black Box account.

b) You understand and agree that, due to the nature of the product, once the CDKEY gift card is issued to your account, the transaction is considered complete. Refunds or exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality issue with the product itself.

c) You understand and agree that, due to the nature of the product, CDKEY gift cards have an expiration date. Once expired, they cannot be gifted or used. The specific expiration date of the CDKEY gift card is indicated on the wallet page. Any losses resulting from failure to use the CDKEY gift card in time will not be compensated or reimbursed by Black Box.

(4) If you choose the delivery method as "Key Dispatch upon Arrival":

a) You understand and agree that products delivered using this method are pre-order games (not in stock). After completing the payment, we will send you the CDKEY when the product arrives and notify you via various methods, including in-app messages and text messages. You can then activate the CDKEY to obtain the corresponding game product.

b) You understand and agree that, due to the nature of the product, once the CDKEY is sent, the transaction is considered complete. Refunds or exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality issue with the product itself. To protect your rights, you should activate the CDKEY within its validity period, which is determined by the official response of the game product vendor.

c) You understand and agree that to maintain order for pre-order products and better allocate resources, the refund channel will open 6 hours after payment. If you no longer need the product, you can apply for a refund on the order page 6 hours after completing the payment.
